If federalism separates the races for the purpose of self-determination, the DIVISION OF POWERS separates them again.  The purpose, again, is local autonomy.

Under Canadian federalism, no Province may legislate for the territory of another Province.  By the DIVISION OF POWERS between the federal and provincial levels, (sections 91 and 92, although there are some joint powers at sections 93-95), the federal Parliament may not wantonly invade local affairs.

But, these several cultures are prevented, by the DIVISION OF POWERS between the federal and provincial levels, from interfering in matters of exclusive LOCAL legislation, and in local views and affairs.

At page 367-68 of the Debates on Confederation, Solicitor General Hector Langevin underscores the LOCAL LIBERTY of all the Provinces against federal interference (i.e., the interference of the other Founding Peoples of Canada):

"We are considering the establishment of a Confederacy -- with a Central Parliament and local parliaments.  The Central or Federal Parliament will have the control of all measures of a general character..., but all matters of local interest, all that relates to the affairs and rights of the different sections of the Confederacy [by sections, he means the Provinces] will be reserved for the control of the local parliaments.....  It will be the duty of the Central Government to see that the country prospers, but it will not be its duty to attackour religion, our institutions, or our nationality, which .... will be amply protected".

Of course, Solicitor-General Langevin was referring to the principle of federalism, and the other principle of the division of powers, when he said that the local rights of self-governance of the Provinces would be "amply protected" from "attacks".

However, today, in 2012, the several Founding Peoples of Canada are precisely under rampant full-scale "attack" for their views, their religious practices, their political institutions, and even their nationality, both in their own Provincial Legislatures and the Central Parliament.

These two levels are becoming -- unconstitutionally -- multicultural -- contrary to the PURPOSE and DESIGN of Confederation, and thus are NOT representative of the central government of the FOUNDING PEOPLES and their own exclusive LOCAL Legislatures in the Provinces.

Instead, the federal Parliament and the Local Legislatures are being inundated by not "several" but hundreds of foreign cultures, via wave upon wave of mass immigration.  This mass immigration is feeding an illegal, unconstitutional policy.  For, MULTICULTURALISM has and can have no legal basis in Confederation, and thus no authority -- no power, certainly none to override the culture and institutions of the Founding Peoples under the lawful Constitution of 1867.

Such a state of affairs was not only unheard of at the time of Confederation, but Confederation was passed in 1867 precisely to ELIMINATE the stressful and mutually interfering cohabitation of multiple races and cultures.

Confederation was not intended to merge all of the Founding Peoples, let alone today to merge them with the HUNDREDS of incoming foreign races (including culturally quite dissimilar races) into a single hodgepodge in Parliament and into a string of hodgepodges in the Provinces.

The Constitution was founded to prevent "reasonable accommodation" and to guarantee near-perfect liberty and freedom of local political and cultural development by the Founding Peoples.

Not a word of the Constitution has ever been altered to change that.  Nor can it be.   Because that would be to alter the purpose of the Constitution.

Unlike an ordinary law which passes through many alterations in the bill stage, a Constitution, once passed, cannot have its purpose altered.  To do so would simply be to replace the Constitution with an entirely new one.  This would be a constitutional and parliamentary overthrow of all existing institutions, not an amendment.

In legal effect, it would be a coup d'état.  The institutions and organs of the State would have been replaced with new ones designed to serve the interests of a completely new and different population, on completely new and different terms.

This would be a coup d'état, a reformulation of power in the hands of new immigrant occupants, and not a constitutional amendment.  The super-imposition of multiculturalism on Canada is a de facto coup d'état with no pretense of constitutional 'amendment'.   The replacement of Confederation is simply being done, on the apparent expectation that it can be pulled off; and that once the Founding Population is overwhelmed by foreigners given priority of status under the new system, those perpetrating the coup have won.  They will have imposed the rule of man (their rule) in place of the Rule of Law (the Constitution).

Multiculturalism and the homogenization of Canada into a third-world state has been undertaken by a series of corporate-controlled rogue federal and provincial governments who want to erase our national and provincial borders.  Homogenizing Canada is apparently the technique for doing so.  And they, so far, have been getting away with it.

However, the Constitution PREVENTS mass homogenization of Canada by virtue of its PURPOSE (its grundnorm) as the primary legal structure designed to "amply protect" the Founding Peoples of Canada, permanently.

The plan in 1867 was to SEPARATE the races to ensure the fullest cultural and political development of each on its own terms; not to merge the races using "reasonable accommodation" or de facto subjugation of the Founding Peoples to foreign demands for secularization, etc., through mass immigration.

Canadian federalism constitutionalizes (makes obligatory) the preservation by Government and the Courts of the local "sections" -- the Provinces and their respective Founding Peoples.  Canadians nonetheless enjoy full mobility and are free to take up residence in any Province... on the clear constitutional understanding that the Provincial Legislature under which they live protects a particular group of the Founding Peoples.

Canadian federalism is the original "group right".

However, immigrants to Canada from hundreds of countries now demand seats in Parliament, and in our Local Legislatures.

They want to influence the local governments of the Founding Peoples of Canada for their own so-called "minority" interests.

These so-called "minorities" are, in fact, majorities from elsewhere.  Founding Canadians are from here, and not from elsewhere.  Moreover, on a world-scale, the Founding Peoples of Canada are the true minorities.  Their lawful Constitution of 1867 is their sole protection.

"Minorities" in Canada now represent over 200 foreign cultures, most from "majorities" who have homes in other countries.  They have been brought here as if by express train, without a word to be said by those most affected: Founding Canadians.

Many of our new arrivals are radically dissimilar to us and they want us to change to suit them.  Well, sorry, folks, that is not how Confederation works.

All of these hundreds of racial groups of immigrants are increasingly demanding equal rights not merely with the constitutional Founding minorities of Canada, but with the Founding majorities themselves, in our own Provinces and our own exclusive Legislatures.

In the run-up to the 2012 Quebec Elections on September 4th, a local ethnic tabloid, Montreal Community Contact, the 20-year-old mouthpiece of "Quebec's Black and Caribbean Community" quotes CAQ candidate, Angely Pacis on its front page, under her photo.  Says Pacis:

"minorities must have more representation in Quebec City."

Let's see, how many seats are there in the Quebec Legislature?  Answer:  125.

How many "minorities" are there in the Côte-des-Neiges district of Montreal, where I live?  According to the September 10th, 2012 Journal de Montréal, "La diversité culturelle à l'honneur" at page 12, there are 135 mother tongues spoken in households in this neighborhood, alone!

I have read elsewhere that over 200 foreign cultures now live in Montreal.  Both figures exceed the number of seats in the Legislature founded exclusively for the French-Canadians in 1867.

If each immigrant group here now succeeds in establishing itself in a different riding, and there are about 74 ridings, the battle for control of the Quebec Legislature will be among the hundreds of immigrant groups, and French Canadians will find themselves out in the cold.

Meanwhile, these immigrants openly "attack"  the Founding Peoples.

They criticize, even ridicule "our religion", our "institutions", our language, our customs, our "nationality" (they call us "white" - nice reductionism!), and the respective political and cultural practices of the Founding Peoples in our Provinces.

"You may not pray!"

before municipal council, cries an Algerian immigrant, Djemila Benhabib, to Saguenay Mayor Jean Tremblay, a French-Canadian constitutionally entitled to do as he pleases on his own soil.

“More and more immigrants from bizarre countries are heading towards Quebec and soon will lay siege, democratically of course, to the National Assembly.  […] But, that is the future, the END OF THE WORLD AS THE QUEBECOIS KNOW IT”*

cries Borislav Nicolov, a Quebec Bulgarian in the August 2012, Vol. 11, issue No.6 of the Forum, a Bulgarian community newspaper out of Côtes-des-Neiges.  See the cover story in French entitled Toi, L'Immigrant, tu décides quoi ? Well, I am glad to inform Mr. Borislav Nicolov that it is constitutionally impossible to "democratically" "lay siege" to the constitutionally guaranteed rights of the Founding Peoples under our own Legislatures.

One cannot vote, even en masse, to overthrow the Constitution; or to deprive the French Canadians and the other Founding Peoples of our fundamental rights.

The real "future" is therefore necessarily the "end of the world" as coddled multicultural mass-immigrants now know it, not the other way around!

I also assure Mr. Nicolov that appropriate legal measures will be under way to enforce these Constitutional rights, and this, notwithstanding Pauline Marois and the Parti Québécois.

Like all our political parties, the Parti Québécois likes to pander and kowtow to mass-migrants and to communists by promising "secularism".  Whose purpose, of course, is to eradicate the nation-state and the unique legal and cultural rights and heritage of the French Canadians and of all Founding Canadians on our own soil.

Their goal is to neutralize and nullify the nation-state for the North American Union and for the benefit of the multicultural immigrants.

Together with these countless migrants, we Founding Peoples are being consolidated en masse through illegal and unconstitutional Ministries of "cultural communities".

We are being progressively socially engineered, socially controlled, politically corrected and subjected to imposed ideologies, and communized to force us to accept mass-immigrant rule through countless illegal and unconstitutional "attacks" upon us, followed by the politically necessary "accommodations".

However, if the purpose of a Péquiste policy or "law" which purports to institute secularism is to kowtow to hundreds of multicultural communities by eradicating prayer and the Catholic cross from French-Canadian Assemblies, it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and CANNOT BE DONE.

As they say in constitutional law, this would be an attempt to do by a back door what may not be done by a front: i.e., to convert the Provincial Legislatures of the Founding Peoples into de facto multicultural republics.

Another ethnic tabloid runs pidgin-English "Editorials" by a black self-styled "socialist" from Ghana (by way of the U.K.), Mohamed Hassan.  See the article entitled "Unemployment Crisis in Montreal-Canada" in the July 15th-August 15, 2012 AWAJ, a south-Asian tabloid with 6,000 copies distributed free in Côte-des-Neiges.

Hassan wants "salvation" from the Canadian government.  He can't get a "job" he complains, "washing a Dog's Nose" in Quebec, because he doesn't speak French!

Says Hassan, "Dogs don't speak French" and he launches into a spew of French swear words to ridicule the French language and the Catholic faith -- both of which have been constitutionalized for the French Canadians since 1774, by the Quebec Act, and the British North America Act, 1867.  Says Hassan:

"FRENCH" TABERNAC-KALIS.  LAUGH: HA-HA-HA.  TABERNAC derived from the word TABERNACLE, a Christian place of worship.  KALIS derived from the Christian worship CUP.  Fellow immigrant Brothers and Sisters of all Nations, with no job, no good standard of living; our lives are miserable." (p.7)

Hassan also thinks "WHITE" people (his caps and quotes) in Canada are immigrants from Europe, and should step aside and let the Black people take the jobs.  His argument seems to be that hungry Black people are hungrier than hungry White people.

Well, I am sorry to inform Mr. Hassan that in Quebec, dogs do speak French, and some are fluently bilingual, like Mali, the retired seeing-eye dog who also lives in Côte-des-Neiges.

Moreover, the so-called "WHITE" people that Mr. Hassan thinks are white foreigners from Europe, are in fact the Founding Peoples of Canada.  WE built this nation, this is our soil.  WE have jus gentium, jus soli and jus sanguin in our nation founded for us by our ancestors, who had been here for hundreds of years, i.e., in the Maritimes, and Quebec.

WE are not "immigrants", as our genocidal Prime Ministers like to pretend we are, or else they would be up on charges in the world court, i.e., Trudeau and his Liberal front for the Marxists for having begun the "official" but illegal policy of cultural and racial genocide of the British North Americans. And his successors for carrying it on, including Jean Chrétien, Brian Mulroney, Paul Martin, and Stephen Harper, all in defiance of the lawful Constitution of 1867.

The Founding Canadians therefore have a constitutional RIGHT to the jobs, Mr. Hassan.  And we have a right not to be forced to compete for our own jobs with an open-ended flow of mass migrants.

And, as we can clearly see from Mr. Hossan's repeated Editorials on so-called "poverty" in Canada, since there are so many unemployed foreigners on our soil, there is a problem not with lack of jobs, but with MASS IMMIGRATION. It needs to be stopped, because we do not have JOBS for them all.

Canada is not the world's unemployment office.  Although, perhaps due to our history of extraordinary generosity to other peoples, some have now come to view Canada as the world's biggest refugee camp and not a country of its Founding Peoples, at all!

There are BILLIONS of unemployed people on the face of the earth.  Millions of refugees.  How many, realistically, can Canada "save"?   We surely would like to save them all; but we could not, and certainly not by mass immigration and "WHITE" (Hassan's caps and quotes") people handing over our jobs.

This fuels demand by countless socialist-driven community groups for more and easier access to welfare, more and bigger free ("social") housing, more and more "rights" to benefits on our soil even for illegal immigrants, who also clamor and protest demanding access to everything we and our ancestors have built for ourselves:





A Chinese immigrant writing in a recent Multi Caf newsletter in Côte-des-Neiges pens a verse in three languages, the English being as follows:

"Whites, Blacks, Asians ...
Active and enthusiastic to integrate into local society writing beautiful songs of immigration.
We stand on the same fertile soil in Quebec,
We support the same sun bright blue sky."

It seems to me they have soil and sky in China, but nobody in China is inviting mass immigration by French, English, Irish and Scottish, etc., Canadians.  In fact, there wouldn't be enough of us to put a dent in that country.  We would vanish into the Chinese melting pot, as we are vanishing here, on our own soil, into the multicultural melting pot of a thousand and one "accommodations".

There is a point where national generosity becomes national suicide.  I think we are past that point, and we have to stop to reassert who we are, and protect our roots and our rights, by recalling that charity begins at home.

It is time to END the mass immigration and the mass-multiculturalism and the rampant socialism which is demanded to support these illegal and unconstitutional policies.

It is time to take back our Legislatures and our Parliament for us, the Canadian people, who have a unique history, unique cultures, and a Constitutionally guaranteed right to exist under the stars.

A guarantee enshrined for all time in 1867.
