This is a translation of a French article entitled "Quelle est la langue de votre quartier?" [PDF attached] by Marie Cicchini, published in Actualités CDN-NDG on 28 November 2012 at page 9 in the Community section.

From the post-war period which left Europe devastated in 1945 to the new waves of immigration from the East and from South Asia,  immigration has changed and is ceaselessly redrawing the face of whole regions.

If federalism separates the races for the purpose of self-determination, the DIVISION OF POWERS separates them again.  The purpose, again, is local autonomy.

Under Canadian federalism, no Province may legislate for the territory of another Province.  By the DIVISION OF POWERS between the federal and provincial levels, (sections 91 and 92, although there are some joint powers at sections 93-95), the federal Parliament may not wantonly invade local affairs.

I am collecting authoritative definitions of words that are important for a more detailed understanding of the problems we are encountering with multiculturalism, and mass immigration.

They are also essential to fighting the invasion on a constitutional and legal basis.  Without accepted definitions, and a deeper understanding of what we are facing, we cannot combat the problem and thus protect ourselves and our lawful Constitution.

Mass Immigration is Undemocratic: Demand a Vote

[UPDATED ON SATURDAY 15 SEPTEMBER 2012:]  The lawful Constitution of Canada is based upon the animating principle of Parliamentary Sovereignty, also called Parliamentary Supremacy.

There are at least two components of this principle, which act in corollary:

(1)  No particularly elected Parliament may bind a subsequently elected successor Parliament;

(2)  There must always be a "successor Parliament", which means, of the same type and genus as its predecessors.

(a) n'a pas porté allégeance sous la constitution de 1867 ;

Je l'ai dis plus haut : il faut divorcer les concepts d'État et de nation, et faire du Canada une société vraiment pluraliste et polyethnique.  Or pour cela, il faut assurer aux différentes régions, à l’intérieur de l'État canadien, une large mesure d'autonomie locale, de sorte que, par l'expérience du «self-government», les nationaux puissent se donner les lois et les institutions indispensables à l’épanouissement et au progrès de leurs valeurs nationales.  En même temps, et dans un mouvement de retrait, il faut que le nationalisme canadien-anglais consente à changer l’image qu’il s’est faite du Canada ; s’il veut protéger et incarner ses valeurs ethniques spécifiques, il devra le faire par le truchement des autonomies locales et régionales plutôt que par la voie de la souveraineté pan-canadienne.

Ces desiderata, il se trouve justement que la constitution canadienne est admirablement conçue pour leur donner un cadre.  Par l’Acte de l’Amérique Britannique du Nord, la juridiction de l’État canadien (fédéral) porte sur toutes les questions qui n’ont pas à proprement parler une incidence ethnique, mais qui tiennent au bien commun de l’ensemble de la société canadienne : relations extérieures, stabilisation macro-économique, commerce avec les autres pays, navigation, postes, monnaie et banques, et ainsi de suite.  Les provinces, au contraire, ont juridiction sur les affaires purement locales ou privées, et celles qui affectent plus directement les valeurs ethniques :  éducation, institutions municipales et paroissiales, administration de la justice, célébration du mariage, propriété et droits civils, et le reste ; par ailleurs aucune frontière provinciale ne coïncide tout à fait avec des frontières ethniques ou linguistiques, et conséquemment aucun gouvernement provincial n’est invité par la constitution à se donner une législation conçue uniquement en fonction d’un groupe ethnique, ce qui tendrait à développer la mentalité de l’État-nation à l’échelon provincial.  Sur ce point, il serait bon que l’attitude passé du Québec vis-à-vis ses minorités nationales serve d’exemple aux provinces où il se trouve de large minorités de langue française, allemande, ukrainienne, ou autres.

Je ne cache pas certes que le nationalisme des Canadiens britanniques ait fort à faire – ou plutôt à défaire – avant que l’État pluraliste ne puisse devenir une réalité au Canada.  Mais je suis tenté d’ajouter que cela, c’est «leur» problème.  Les jeux sont faits au Canada : il y a deux groupes ethniques et linguistiques, Chacun est trop fort, trop bien enraciné dans le passé et trop bien appuyé sur une culture-mère, pour pouvoir écraser l’autre.  Si les deux collaborent AU SEIN d’un état vraiment pluraliste, le Canada peut devenir un lieu privilégié où sera perfectionnée LA FORME FÉDÉRALISTE de gouvernement, qui est celle du MONDE de demain.  Mieux que le «melting-pot» des américain, le Canada peut servir d’exemple à tous ces nouveaux États africains et asiatiques, dont il fut question au début du présent article, et qui devront apprendre à gouverner dans la justice et la liberté leur population polyethnique – Cela en soi ne suffit-il pas à dévaloriser l’hypothèse d’un Canada annexé aux États-Unis? ... Le fédéralisme canadien est une EXPÉRIENCE FORMIDABLE, il peut devenir un OUTIL génial pour façonner LA CIVILISATION DE DEMAIN.

Si les Anglo-Canadiens ne voient pas cela, encore une fois tant pis pour eux :  ils s’enliseront dans un nationalisme rétrograde, borné et despotique.

Comments of Pierre Elliott Trudeau, discovered in Cité Libre magazine of April 1962, make it clear that Trudeau:

(a) bore no allegiance under the Constitution of 1867;

(b) viewed the Constitution of Canada — like the good Communist he was — as a "tool" to geopolitically redistribute the world's population, in particular that of Asia and Africa under a new FORM of WORLD governance; and

(c) that he fully intended to destroy the culture and nationality of the Founding Peoples of Canada.

The crucifix in the Quebec Legislature has become the focus of the upcoming September 4, 2012 elections in Quebec.   Comments at Huffington Post appear to be scandalized that French Canadians assert a right to preserve their own culture on their own soil.   This is no doubt because today, most people are fully ignorant of the federal Constitution of Canada.

The crucifix in the Quebec Legislature is not the issue, and is not the lawful subject of debate between French Canadians and foreign immigrants.  The proper issue is the Constitution of Canada, which established LEGAL FEDERALISM in 1867.

QUÉBEC - Le crucifix qui trône paisiblement derrière le fauteuil du président de l'Assemblée nationale a déchaîné les passions, mercredi, sur fond de débat sur la laïcité de l'État.

Le maire de Saguenay, Jean Tremblay, a ouvert le bal en matinée, laissant entendre, dans une entrevue radiophonique à l'animateur Paul Arcand, que la candidate du Parti québécois dans Trois-Rivières, Djemila Benhabib, n'était pas vraiment québécoise et qu'elle n'avait pas à imposer ses vues sur la place de la religion au Québec.

«Je n'aime pas que ces gens-là viennent ici pour établir leurs règles»

a laissé tomber sèchement le maire Tremblay, se défendant bien d'être xénophobe. M. Tremblay est un défenseur de la prière en ouverture des séances du conseil de sa municipalité.

La chef péquiste, Pauline Marois, qui avait annoncé la veille son projet de Charte de la laïcité, en compagnie de sa candidate dans Trois-Rivières, n'a pas tardé à réagir pour réclamer des excuses du maire de Saguenay, jugeant ses propos inacceptables.

Auteure d'origine algérienne vivant au Québec depuis 1997, Mme Benhabib se bat contre l'intégrisme musulman et prône la laïcité de l'État. Mardi, elle avait laissé entendre qu'elle aimerait voir disparaître le crucifix de l'Assemblée nationale, tout en disant se ranger derrière la position de son parti, qui favorise plutôt le statu quo sous prétexte de respecter le passé religieux du Québec.

Invitée à commenter la sortie du maire Tremblay, Mme Benhabib a refusé de croiser le fer avec lui.

FC1867 RÉPOND :

Le maire Tremblay a raison. Il n'est pas un «xénophobe» ; Mme Benhabib n'est pas une Canadienne française, elle est une étrangère d’un autre pays ailleurs. Le maire est un Canadien français.

La constitution fédérale protège les Canadiens français, qui n'ont aucun pays ailleurs. Le maire a droit légalement et constitutionnellement de prier et d’employer quelque symbole que ce soit qu’il juge approprié pour le maintien de sa culture sur son propre sol dans ses établissements culturels et dans ses législatures constitutionnelles.

Personne ne peut dicter la politique culturelle, juridique ni religieuse aux Canadiens français au Québec sur leur propre sol. Ni les immigrés étrangers ni les autres peuples fondateurs de langue anglaise minoritaire sur le sol Québécois.

Ceci est le but entier de la Confédération de 1867 qui établit «pour tout temps à venir» (lire le Débats de 1865), un régime juridique pour protéger légalement et constitutionnellement le droit d'exister de chaque peuple fondateur du Canada selon leurs propres valeurs sans l'ingérence des autres, y compris l'ingérence des étrangers.

Toute la discrétion en ces matières appartient donc aux Canadiens français sous la section 92 qui LEUR donne des puissances «exclusives» à cet égard.

Encore, le CANADA est l'ÉTAT FÉDÉRAL, les provinces sont les territoires exclusifs des peuples fondateurs et majoritaires dans chaque Province depuis 1867.

Les Provinces ne sont pas des "confédérations multiculturelles miniatures" dans lesquelles les étrangers peuvent venir imposer leurs exigences et vues aux Canadiens français ou à tout autre peuple fondateur du Canada dans les autres provinces.

D'ailleurs, au Canada le multiculturalisme n'a AUCUN STATUT JURIDIQUE.

La structure de 1867 établit l'état fédérale du Canada. Les soi-disant «minorités» étrangers — qui sont en réalité des majorités venant d'ailleurs où ils ont leur propres pays — n'ont aucun droit de se constituter en petites «sections» de sous-provinces pour se voir représenter FÉDÉRALEMENT dans une Province du Canada.

Ni une simple «politique» «multiculturelle» d’un gouvernement ni d’une série de gouvernements ni d’un parti politique n’a force de loi ; ni une telle politique formulée sous forme d’une «loi» ne pourra avoir aucune validité en droit constitutionnel étant carrément contraire à la vraie Constitution de 1867.

A few words in advance:

One of the excuses offered by the federal government for mass immigration to Canada is the need to "fill jobs" due to declining Canadian birth rates and our aging and retiring Baby Boomers.

But this is patently ridiculous: if the size of the population is decreasing, there are FEWER people to serve, thus fewer jobs to fill, and not a rise in the number of unfilled vacancies.

A recent indication that this is true -- that mass immigration is not to "fill" jobs -- is the claim by a black "socialist" Muslim in the Montreal-based AWAJ newspaper (15 July-15 August 2012) that there is rampant unemployment of Blacks in the city of Montreal.

There should be NO unemployment of anyone if the immigrants were really being brought here to "fill jobs" that would otherwise be "vacant".

I think we all know this lame excuse is a part of a cover-up to the multicultural scam being perpetrated on all of us, both in Canada and the West in general.

What are we going to do about it?

As soon as we get the Communists and their lackeys out of our governments (see, i.e., nosnowinmoscow.com and in particular the article on Red Harper); and as soon as we recover control of our Parliament under our lawful Constitution (which Trudeau illegally ousted in 1982), we have a de facto precedent today for PAID REPATRIATION of certain types of non-integrateable immigrants: the Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) program.

I first suggested such a program a few weeks ago in a comment at Facebook. I have now discovered that Canada is already using a similar kind of program for the return of rejected refugee claimants to their countries of origin.

This new pilot project -- described below -- can be developed and expanded to humanely repatriate any immigrant who has no job prospects in Canada or who stands to become a long-term drain on our socialist-subsidized health, legal, social, cultural and housing programs.

It can also help to repatriate any immigrant who may pose a grave risk to the cultural homogeneity and lawful federal heritage of the Founding Canadians; or to the unity and national security of Canada.

What is a Founding Canadian?

Let's start with a concept we will need to distinguish between Canadians protected by Canadians who are protected by our federal Constitution, and immigrants attempting to establish themselves under the illegal policy of multiculturalism.  (I will explain the illegality in another post.)

Perhaps the question should be, who are Founding Canadians?

Founding Canadians are the man, woman and child who consider that the British North America Act, 1867 gave them permanent roots, and a legal right to them.

Founding Canadians are the descendants of the Founding Peoples; and in some cases, they are the adoptive heirs of the Founding Peoples, and have come to join us in the past 150 years, and who have assimilated into our inherent Canadian cultures under one of our Provincial Legislatures.

What is the Precedent for Repatriating Immigrants?

As featured on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), and reported in a pidgin-English multicult tabloid in Montreal (AWAJ, 15 July-15 August 2012), the Harper federal government is offering to pay some failed refugee claimants to leave the country.  The Fed will pick up the tab for their plane ticket, and top it up with as much as $2,000 in cash to speed the exit of the erstwhile immigrant.

This existing REPATRIATION PILOT PROJECT is being run by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM). It was launched in the summer of 2012 in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The IOM has been operating similar projects all over the world for more than 30 years.

So, not only is there a federal Canadian precedent for formally helping non-integrateable immigrants to return home, there is a world precedent, and an organization and infrastructures dedicated to helping the immigrants do it.

Both the Canadian and the international organization can be expanded, notably by Canadian contributions to the IOM's funding, personnel and infrastructures. In fact, we can offer to enhance the IOM's funding if they will hire some of our immigrant candidates for paid repatriation as agents to carry out an expanded IOM program for Canada in various countries overseas.

So, what is the precedent for the program?

The existing Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) program is for refugee claimants whose applications have been rejected and whose appeals have failed.

It is up the CBSA to enforce the removal of such failed refugee applicants, but the federal government (of Stephen Harper) is now providing an incentive for them to leave voluntarily.

Those who qualify can get a plane ticket back to their country of origin and up to $2,000.00. The money is to be used to help the rejected immigrant find a job, set up a business, or go back to school in their home country.

"A voluntary return offers you a way to return home with support, dignity and anonymity,"

says the CBSA web site in its description of the new program.

How much money someone can receive depends on whether they have started an appeal process of the Immigration Review Board's (IRB) decision rejecting their refugee application.

A rejected claimant is eligible for the full $2,000 if he or she applies before going to the Federal Court for a review of the IRB decision.

He or she is eligible for $1,500 if the application is made before requesting a pre-removal risk assessment, and eligible for $1,000 if he or she has already made that application and received a decision.

The new program had offered an added incentive until July 13th 2012 to help get it off the ground: applicants might have been eligible for the full $2,000 even if they had already filed appeals.

The CBSA has placed limits on who can apply for the paid repatriation program. Rejected claimants with a criminal record, for example, cannot take part.

Let's expand this program to include ALL dissimilar Immigrants

How can we expand and improve this paid repatriation program?

The Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) program can be expanded to help restore Canada's cultural balance within legal federalism, by removing multiculturalism from our soil, humanely.

Such a program will protect the constitutional and democratic rights of Founding Canadians, while combating both their cultural and racial genocide, which will become inevitable if multiculturalism is not stopped and reversed.

Such a program seeks to peacefully and in a dignified way, repatriate dissimilar foreigners whose only "fault" is that they believed the false propaganda of those who are abusing federal and provincial powers in Canada by imposing multiculturalism on top of legal federalism in order to eradicate Founding Canadians, our Constitution, and Canada.

I have a few draft suggestions for an expanded paid repatriation program. Hopefully, these will attract comments to enhance and improve the concept.

How could the paid repatriation program be expanded?

First, the goals of an expanded repatriation program at all times must include:

• [a] to reverse the unconstitutional process of converting Canadian soil to multiculturalism and to restore cultural -- and in some cases, racial -- homogeneity to each federal area of Canada, thus averting mass genocide of the Canadian Founding Peoples whose legal, cultural and traditional roots are British North American.  The term "British North American" includes all Founding French Canadians, who, obviously, were British subjects up until 1931 when Canada was legally emancipated by the Statute of Westminster;


• [b]to reverse and help stop the unconstitutional conversion of Canada into a nation of mutually hostile cultural and religious ghettos and no-go zones, as has happened in Europe.  We do not wish to repeat here the egregious errors made in Europe which are now destroying that ancient source of modern civilization;


• [c] to roll back socialism as far as possible in order to restore a liberal parliament and legislatures to Canada; while also eliminating the funding basis which I suspect is the sole major support for the current extraordinary levels of mass immigration in place since at least 1992;

The benefits of such a paid repatriation program are obvious, and include the promotion of national and social unity and political stability, which were basic aims of the Founding Fathers in 1867.

Who gets the program?

Identify Eligible Immigrants:

1. First, we need to identify the type of immigrant who would be eligible for paid repatriation under an expanded AVRR program.

2. Then, we need to "score" potential applicants for the sake of priority. In other words, who can we move out the fastest and get the program going.

Potential types of candidates for paid repatriation:

• [a] Immigrants generally who arrived in Canada since 1990 when the current mass wave of "multiculturalism" was initiated, bringing in huge populations of culturally dissimilar immigrants;


• [b] Unemployed immigrants who cannot or will not integrate socially, culturally and politically into Canada's parliamentary system and society.  In particular, they would be unable or unwilling to integrate into a Liberal society, because I believe we need to roll back socialism dramatically, whose main purpose today appears to be the mass-subsidization of excessive immigration flooding into Canada since 1992.


• [c] Unemployed immigrants from dissimilar cultures, i.e., non-parliamentary, theocratic, dictatorial regimes and non-Christian religious cultures, or cultures hostile to Christianity, to Christian nations, and to the West in particular. By this, I do not mean that all Founding Canadians are necessarily practising Christians. What I mean is merely to identify Western civilization as arising from Christian roots, and with or without the practice of a formal religion, the principles which we associate today with the West, arose, in fact, from a Christian basis developed and modernized (like our English Constitution) over many centuries.


• [d] Immigrants with criminal records must absolutely be eligible, top of the list. The paid repatriation program must include the making of appropriate federal treaty arrangements with home countries of immigrants with criminal records, so as to jointly assist in their rehabilitation on their own home soil, where they should be allowed to complete their sentences.  In the alternative, they should be able to have their sentences commuted to community service under paid joint supervision in the course of reintegration into their home countries.  A decision will have to be made as to whether we set up patriation of prisoners serving hard terms; or whether they complete their terms here, or obtain early release (depending on the nature of the crime) on condition of their accepting paid repatriation. We have, for instance, in recent years, a 10% increase in black convicts in Canada. Could such people be repatriated and have their sentences commuted? Prisoners and former prisoners should receive job training or re-training in their home countries under joint Canada-foreign supervision.


• [e] All immigrants from dissimilar, non-integratable cultures should always be eligible for paid repatriation: i.e., people from non-parliamentary, theocratic, dictatorial regimes and non-Christian religious cultures, or from cultures hostile to Christianity and to Christian nations, and hostile to the West in general.


• [d] Islamic immgrants should always be eligible for paid repatriation, and in fact they should be offered it directly. Canada is not an Islamic country, and constitutionally is not going to become an Islamic country, in whole or in part. We are not going to deal with demands for Shariah law on Canadian soil, nor risk that they will carry it out anyway, in secret, in our fields and meadows. We are not going to deal with demands for Sharia "secession" of parts of Canada from Canadian soil. We have already witnessed three good reasons to rapidly eliminate Islam from Canada in a peaceable and humane manner: (1) They have attacked our Parliament with intent to blow it up and decapitate our government.  This, in my view, makes Islam an enemy cult on Canadian soil.  It should be dealt with in accordance under modified War Measures and not by imposing a police state on all Canadians, depriving us of our freedoms; (2) Islamic Somalis have already threatened "blood in the streets" of Toronto on public news channels, I think it was CTV,  (if we don't "give" them "good jobs").The huge gap in judgment of people able to say this to us on the CTV needs to be remedied by rapid paid repatriation.(3) Stephen Harper has already identified Islam as the single greatest national security risk to Canada.  Nonetheless, he is continuing to bring them in!  This is an outrage. It is not lawful for our government to expose Canadians to mass death-threats on our soil by foreign groups.
  
  Moreover, these people -- behind the public threat of mass violence in Toronto -- need to be specifically identified, contacted, and offered repatriation with appropriate conditions, such as job training on their own soil, asap.
  
  Islamic repatriation should proceed to the top of the list, given the status of Islam as Canada's #1 national security threat, with preference in the line-up based on scoring other points, i.e., "unemployed", "criminal record", serving a commutable sentence, anti-white racism, terrorist activities, etc.
  
  All dissimilar immigrants should qualify
  
  [a] Immigrants from China, India, Africa and Islamic countries, the "honor killers", etc., and any others who are changing the cultural landscape of Canada, should all be eligible for paid repatriation.
  
  Those who come from overpopulated continents, or from Communist countries whose mentality we do not want, and where they are a member of a race which (unlike Canadians) is at no risk of disappearance, should be encouraged to avail themselves of paid repatriation.

Where paid repatriation is sought by employed or self-employed Islamic immigrants, a program for liquefying their assets in Canada, such as property and businesses owned, at reasonable market value, should accompany any other program feature, i.e., plane tickets and reintegration, etc. Funds so liquefied should be directly deposited into a bank on their home country's soil and no access to the funds provided until the immigrant actually goes there.

Paid Repatriation - What would the expanded program Include?

An expanded paid repatriation program should include:

(1) a plane ticket;

(2) a compulsory transitional program on the soil of the immigrant's home country, involving:

• (a) re-acclimatization (and socialization) to the domestic home culture. No one should be "dumped" in a country they have lost touch with (except by cell phone and satellite) and left to their own devices;


• (b) help to secure (or to create) reasonable housing;


• (c) training or re-training suitable to the home country's culture, economy and marketplace to ensure successful integration of the returned immigrant into a job and a lifestyle natural to that home culture;


• (c) The program should focus on helping returned immigrants create the kinds of jobs and businesses that are not only relevant locally in their home country, but will also tend to employ others on their home soil, and act as models for others in those home countries to emulate.


• (d) Immigrants who cannot return to their home country whatever the reason, should be patriated to another country of similar cultural and demographic composition based on treaties and agreements with such receiving country;

How would the expanded paid repatriation program be paid for?

The expanded program should use:

(a) all funds to a maximum period of ten (10) years of expenditures per immigrant or per immigrant family, which would otherwise be spent in Canada keeping such immigrants on social assistance programs, or providing them with routine social services (medical, legal, educational, economic assistance, etc.);

(b) again, the program should be linked to Canada's foreign aid commitments. Only those countries which accept the program and actively cooperate with it should receive Canadian foreign aid. Countries that suffer from natural disasters receive substantial foreign aid from Canada and we take huge boatloads of their immigrants. For example, Bangladesh (flood), Haiti (earthquake), or Indonesia (tsunami), should have their foreign aid easily linked to acceptance of repatriation programs.

(c) the majority of funds now used for immigration, and all its phases, including provincial welfare payments, should now be redirected to paid repatriation and linked to international development aid. Immigration should be reduced to absolutely minimal levels, and to ZERO for populations envisioned by the expanded paid repatriation program.

(d) expenditures per immigrant: the program should last -- in each case, depending on the context -- up to a maximum of 10 years per immigrant or per immigrant family, after which they are on their own. Ten years maximum should be more than sufficient to help certain people get on their feet.

Who would run the expanded paid repatriation program?

First of all, the program must be jointly supervised by both Canadian and foreign "home" authorities, and it should be supervised on the foreign soil through program offices attached to Canadian consulates and embassies, which also administer passports.

Treaties should be signed, if necessary, and international development aid should be linked to the program as an inducement to conclude such treaties and accept the program.

The program should be supervised by Canadian government agents on the foreign soil in question. In fact, some or even most of those "Canadian" agents should be immigrant recipients of the paid repatriation program, which automatically creates professional JOBS overseas.

Such immigrants "agents" should be trained here to carry out the program, but only based on their signature of waivers in advance and renunciation of Canadian citizenship, in exchange for their overseas contracts, renewals or extensions thereof. During such contracts, they will be and act as special temporary agents of the Canadian government, subject to our control, and with the permission of their new home government.

If any such immigrants renege on their contracts, or fail to perform, they should be transferred to the regular paid repatriation program and subject to the same rules and conditions as the majority of paid repatriation recipients, with a maximum 10-year limit for Canadian support, minus any contract time already worked as a Canadian "agent" on foreign soil.

How do we prevent abuse of the paid program?

All immigrants who are candidates for paid repatriation must sign certified (sworn) waivers formally renouncing Canadian citizenship or any right thereto for themselves and their offspring. Such renunciation would take effect automatically upon their acceptance into the program. In other words, there would be no turning back. An agreement to go is an agreement to go. These waivers should be considered contractual, and be formally enrolled with the validity of statutes to ensure compliance.

Immigrants accepted by the program must be DNA-sampled and fingerprinted, iris-scanned etc., to ensure that they and their offspring do not come back under other names to take advantage of the program again and again.

What are the benefits of the program for Canadians?

(a) restoration of the Constitutional right of Founding Canadians to their own culture, legal and political system, and SELF-government without the interference of hundreds of foreign cultures;

(b) restoration of long-term cohesion and political stability to Canada;

(c) removal of a very serious national security threat;

(d) removal of the chief means of merging Canada into the USA and Mexico: a population so totally heterogeneous that it can easily be blended into the rest of the continent;

What else can be done to help restore the Founding Canadians?

(a) For any perceived loss of size in the general population, where necessary, baby bonuses and family subsidies should be made available to Founding Canadians to help them repopulate their traditional communities.

(b) Founding Canadians who have suffered a loss of identity or roots because of the forced break with our heritage under the Trudeau and Pearson de facto governments, etc., should be helped to recover their loss by means of special cultural and study programs. After all, the First Nations (Aboriginal peoples) are doing it, why not the rest of us.

Such programs should include historical and cultural materials omitted from general education in the past few decades while multiculturalism and Marxism have been taught to the detriment or exclusion of Canadian culture.

With an expanded PAID REPATRIATION program and help to Founding Canadians, eventually, the streets of Canada will be Canadian again, in culture and in demographics.

In the eyes of this scholar, A. H. F. Lefroy, who was there at the time, the purpose of WWI was to preserve "THE PRINCIPLES OF A CHRISTIAN CIVILIZATION". This is not surprising, as Canada was founded as a Christian country (Protestant and Catholic), under a Christian Constitution, with a Christian Queen under a Christian oath to the God of Christendom.

Manifestly, WWI, the West and Canada, were not dedicated to preserving "THE PRINCIPLES OF MULTICULTURALISM", i.e., of other peoples' cultures. Equally manifestly, those MILLIONS who willingly died to preserve these Christian "PRINCIPLES", would have died in vain, could their troubled ghosts wander today among the "multicultural" streets of Canada, Australia, England and the West, whose increasingly foreign and mediaeval folks now roam our modern sidewalks in veils and visors, turbans and topknots, claiming supremacy over a quietly conquered CHRISTIAN CIVILIZATION.

I later referred to a 1913 book by this same author, and in the frontispiece was also a dedication to his son, who was then living and would have been 19 at the time. His son must have been everything to him.

Men like this man's son died to give us and our own culture life, but we are allowing not only our culture and its principles, but our race, to slip away.

In a future post, I will explain to you the COUP D'ETAT that happened in 1982 when Communist Pierre Elliott Trudeau conned the people into seeming to approve his overthrow and replacement of Canada's supreme, Westminster-model Parliament and Constitution with an inferior parliament and constitution subordinate to the "principles" of the Communist U.N.

Multiculturalism is a step toward Communist "amalgamation"

Further below is an extract from a 1932 book, TOWARD SOVIET AMERICA, by William Z. Foster. If you read it carefully, you will discover Communist policy — which has not changed from that day to this, and which is affecting white western nations right now:

[1] secession of "national minorities" to destroy existing nations; beside a policy of racial and cultural integration. If a nation won't racially integrate, the implication is that secession will be used to destroy it.

[2] "amalgamation" of all races into one.

[3] the final destruction of the "nations".

Now, I've heard the Freemasons are supposed to advocate this, and I've heard that Freemasons are somehow at the root of Communism. I've heard that the American Latin maxim, "E pluribus unum" (out of many, one) refers to Masonic race amalgamation; I don't know if that's true, I haven't done that research.

I've read about this as forced "outbreeding", a form of racial and cultural genocide advocated by a particular Jew for the Germans in order to destroy that race.

I've read about it as a tactic of the "Frankfurt School" to inflict racial tension and destroy nations from within.

We have also seen it documented lately in videos put online by David Duke, in which Jews such Barbara Specter spit the truth out: Jews are pushing "multiculturalism" and racial mixing (for everyone except the Jews). This would seem to leave Israel as a Zionist ethnic master state, because they have laws today against marrying non-Jews.

We are seeing "amalgamation" in action with French President, Nicholas Sarkozy -- a Jew -- ordering the natural, white-race people of France to out-breed with blacks or, quite extraordinarily, face state sanctions. They have not risen up against this man. Why? Have they been anaesthetized? Sarkozy then turns to the Arabs and addresses them, 'Don't worry, we don't expect the same of you, we won't destroy your identity'.

In fact, we saw EXACTLY the same thing with Communist Trudeau and the so-called "Liberals". Liberals claim to have instituted the "policy" of "multiculturalism". We have Communistic "amalgamation" happening now in Canada, which means eventually they will declare the Constitution gone -- which belongs to the Founding Peoples -- and complete their take-over. They will dump full-blown Communism here, because our parties are all socialist, and socialism precedes Communism and is a mask for Marxist-Leninism.

The North American Union is a Communist regional union, advocated by "former" Marxist-Leninist Gilles Duceppe, ex-leader of the Bloc. The Bloc is not "separatist"; it is Communist. Secession, racial "amalgamation" and regional union are all Communist policies.

Secession is used to break up nations in order to re-integrate them into regional and continental NON-national, NON-race-specific Communist unions.

We see this Communist "amalgamation" again in the video of Konstantin Poltoranin, the former Russian spokesman for the Russian government agency responsible for dealing with foreign migrants. Poltoranin was immediately fired for declaring that the out-breeding of the formerly white-race English, Irish, Scotch and Welsh of the United Kingdom had "not gone well". If you have not yet seen the video, "Enoch Was Right" -- English with French subtitles -- don't miss it now:

The Russian also made the additional comment of concern that the "the mixing of blood" in Russia should go well. In other words, there is "mixing" of blood going on; it is a policy; and it is being forced on the citizens of white nations. It is PLANNED WHITE GENOCIDE. By the Communists.

Moreover, because "amalgamation" is a Communist policy, and is being done RIGHT NOW in Russia, obviously, Communism did not "fall" as we have been brainwashed to think. It has merely entered a different stage of development, the stage where mostly dark foreigners are being flooded only into traditional white lands, in order to "amalgamate" the white people, their cultures and nations, out of existence.

Thus, using the Third World as a weapon, the Communists (and whoever is behind them) sweep away, and out of existence, the traditional enemies of Communism: white Western nations.

We may as well call it the "immigration bomb". Something like the neutron bomb, designed to kill people but leave buildings standing.

The next stage would have to be the imposition of actual Communism. Those who are paying attention have seen the police-state apparatus rising quietly around us. More than 800 FEMA concentration camps, staffed and waiting, have not been built south of our border in the USA for nothing. There will be a use for them.

Meanwhile, Canada is being "amalgamated" into the Soviet Communist system by ethnic white genocide through forced out-breeding, as recommended by a Jew back in the 1940s to eliminate the Germans. This explains the outrageously high levels of immigration into Canada since 1992.

By deduction, the first stage of "amalgamation" is obviously called "multiculturalism".

That stage reached a crisis point in the past 3-4 years. It was announced by all, including Sarkozy and Merkel that "multiculturalism" was "not working".

I don't think it was ever intended to "work". I think they knew it wasn't going to be an enhancement of existing peoples and nations. I think it was intended to be a disaster, so as to usher in stage two, an example of which we see in France: Sarkozy threatening white-race French people to inter-breed with blacks, or face state sanctions to "solve" the deliberately created "problem" of multiculturalism.

The way I see their tactic, once the "failure" of "multiculturalism" is announced, "amalgamation" sets in, by force, and under threat.

It will happen here in Canada, unless we stop our rogue immigration department and our rogue government. They do not work for us, they are working for the power brokers — the money-men — who are sponsoring world government.

Canadians must find sufficient pride as Canadians, meaning sufficient pride to believe we are as good as anyone else, and we have a right to exist. Because we are in a war. We are the targets, and we have yet to put up much of a struggle, let alone fight back against the lies and the anti-white racism that are intended to eliminate the Founding Canadians.

The weapons in this war are [a] non-integratable third-world immigration and [b] demoralization: if you resist your own genocide imposed by forced outbreeding and cleansing of your own population, then you are called a "racist". How did one Jew's call to outbreed the Germans decades ago, pass from his being the racist advocating "genocide", to the actual victims of that type of genocide being called "racist" for resisting?

A major consequence of "amalgamation" is not only the loss of one's race, but the loss of one's roots and culture, and of the laws that protect the original people and their culture. If the people are gone, if they are so mixed with foreigners or outnumbered on their soil that they vanish as a race and a culture, and they no longer own their roots, the Constitution founded to protect them no longer applies. The soil can then be hijacked for things like the Communist regional North American Union.

We have Communist problems in Canada; they have Communist problems in Europe. The EU is Marxist; they are trying to do it here in North American. Canada's outrageously high immigration levels -- about 80% Black and Asian — are apparently related to the Communist policy of "amalgamation". The intended outcome may well be a 2-level system of Zionist Jews ruling over non-whites in a Communist world empire.

In any event, "amalgamation" is a Communist policy. It is Communist practice in the supposedly "former" USSR, and they are using it now to Sovietize, i.e. "harmonize" the West, including Canada, with the re-emerging Soviet Union. If you don't know it's re-emerging, or that Obama's U.S. policy is to prefer to see the return of Communism to Russia, go see "Once Upon A Time in the West" and read the Jerusalem Post article linked, "Who does Washington prefer - Putin or Zyuganov?".

When you read the Foster extract below, you will see what "multiculturalism" is really based on. The fact that the discussion of this Communist policy of "amalgamation" occurs in a chapter entitled "The Liberation of the Negro" must also be a hint as to what is happening now, everywhere in the West, with massive black immigration.

Here is Communist Foster, with classic Communist policy in 1932, and still policy, but happening now to the West, including to Canada:

"The capitalist class not only robs the workers as a whole, but it visits special exploitation upon those sections of the working class — Negroes,

foreign-born, women, youth, the aged, etc.— who, for one reason or another, are the least able to de­fend themselves in the class struggle. The Amer­ican Soviet government will drastically eliminate such special discrimination, along with capitalist exploitation generally.

Above all, as we have remarked, it is the Negro who is singled out for the bitterest exploitation and persecution by the capitalists. His condition is comparable only to that of the "untouchables" of India and is the most crying outrage of Amer­ican capitalism. He is set apart as a pariah, an object of contempt and scorn, a victim of the most systematic suppression and enslavement to be found anywhere in the modern industrial world.

The purpose of all this tyranny and repression is, of course, the most intense robbery of the Negro toilers; for the vast majority of Negroes are either poor farmers or workers. The Jim-Crow system, with all its cultivated snobbery of race, is a device of the ruling classes to whip extra profits out of the hides of the oppressed Negroes by splitting them off from the rest of the toilers.

The Republican party, boasted friend of the Negro, is equally responsible with the Democratic party for the maintenance of this criminal outrage. Such Negro organizations as the Urban League and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, dominated by the white and Negro capitalists and petty bourgeoisie, also have

this responsibility; they live by cultivating segregationalism; they sabotage every real fight for the liberation of the Negro. In the case of the framed-up nine Scottsboro Negro boys, the attorney of the N.A.A.C.P. made a purely formal defense, practically coinciding with the prosecution.

As for the American Federation of Labor, its record on the Negro question is one of shame and treachery; it falls into step with the whole capitalist policy by barring Negroes from its unions, by blocking their entry into the better-paid jobs, by refusing to fight for their burning demands, by cul­tivating the insidious white chauvinism. The measure of the policy of the A.F. of L. on the Negro question is to be seen, for example, in At­lanta, where Negroes are not even allowed to enter the local labor temple.

The Socialist party, despite all its parade of radi­calism and alleged friendship of the Negro, follows the same basic Jim-Crow line as the A.F. of L. This was clearly shown by Heywood Broun, So­cialist leader, when he said:

"If I were a candidate for high executive office, or judiciary office, I would say, even without being cornered, that I would not now sanction the efforts to enforce the 14th and 15th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States."

The Communist party, alone of all the political parties, fights for the liberation of the Negro, both

in the present-day struggle and as an ultimate goal. The American Soviet government, immediately it takes power, will deal a shattering blow to the whole monstrous Jim-Crowism. To destroy it ruthlessly will be one of the real joys of the vic­torious proletarian revolution. Every remnant of slavery will be abolished. In a Soviet system, the Negro will have the most complete equality — eco­nomically, politically, socially. The doors to every occupation, to every social activity, will be wide open for him. He will have ample land, confiscated from the great white landlords. He will be free to do and go as any other citizen, without let or hindrance. Attempts to maintain the capitalist white chauvinism and ostracism of the Negroes will be punished as a serious crime against society. Socialism will mean the first real freedom for the Negro. He is beginning to realize this, hence his mass turning to the Communist party for leader­ship, and the consequent deep alarm of the capitalists and big landowners at this growing unity of white and black toilers.

The status of the American Negro is that of an oppressed national minority, and only a Soviet sys­tem can solve the question of such minorities. This it does, in addition to setting up real equality in the general political and social life, by establish­ing the right of self-determination for national minorities in those parts of the country where they constitute the bulk of the population. The con-

stitution of the Soviet Union provides that, "Each united republic retains the right of free withdrawal from the Union." The Program of the Com­munist International declares for:

"The recognition of the right of all nations, irrespec­tive of race, to complete self-determination, that is, self-determination inclusive of the right to State separa­tion."

Accordingly, the right of self-determination will apply to Negroes in the American Soviet system. In the so-called Black Belt of the South, where the Negroes are in the majority, they will have the fullest right to govern themselves and also such white minorities as may live in this section. The same principle will apply to all the colonial and semi-colonial peoples now dominated by American imperialism in Cuba, the Philippines, Central and South America, etc.

And logically, foreign-born workers, now denied the right to vote and ruthlessly deported, will enjoy the fullest rights of citizenship.¹ One of the most monstrous features of the present attack upon the working class is the deportation of tens of thou­sands of foreign-born workers by Doak's Depart­ment of Labor. These masses of workers, torn away from home and families, are sent back to countries with which they have lost all touch. Doak's deportation campaign, part of the capitalist offensive, is an attempt to terrorize the

foreign-born workers, to crush every semblance of resistance among them, to split them off from the American-born workers. The wholesale deporta­tion of radical workers and leaders is an attempt to illegalize the Communist party and the TUUL.

The experience with self-determination of na­tional minorities in the Soviet Union shows that the Russians have solved this problem with the revolu­tion. The many national minorities have the right of self-determination²; they have their own lan­guages, their own culture. Yet they all live to­gether in the strongest unity under the general constitution of the U.S.S.R. Where there is no capitalist or feudal exploitation there can be no suppression of weaker nationalities.

The radical liquidation of the "insoluble" Jewish problem in the U.S.S.R. testifies to the completeness of the Bolshevik cure³. Murderous pogroms, a curse of old Russia, are now totally eradicated. The Jews enjoy absolute equality with all other nationalities. The solution of the question of suppressed nation­alities, a question which causes untold misery in the capitalist world, is one of the greatest achieve­ments of the Russian revolution.

The American Soviet will, of course, abolish all restrictions upon racial intermarriage. The argu­ments of Ku Klux Klanners and the like that Negroes are an inferior race and that "mongrel" peoples are less capable, have no justification in science and social experience. Those "scientists"

who endorse such "white supremacy" theories are only so many bought-and-paid-for upholders of the prevailing mode of exploitation. The facts are that all the big peoples of today are already hope­lessly "mongrel" and that wherever Negroes have half a chance they demonstrate their intellectual equality with the whites.

Geographic isolation of the early human stock into widely separated groups brought about its differentiation into individual races; contact between these various races, bred of modern industrialization, is just as irresistibly breaking down⁴ these racial differences and bring­ing about racial amalgamation. The revolution will only hasten this process of integration, already proceeding throughout the world with increasing tempo.

Guaranteeing the imperial family safe passage to exile in England, socialist Kerensky and his Menshevik party took control of the provisional government of Russia, whereupon he passed laws creating total equality for Jews. In his epic work, THE RUSSIAN REVOLUTION, William Henry Chamberlin explains that on April 2, 1917, the Kerensky government abolished “all legal limitations on the rights of Russian citizens, based on faith or nationality. This decree primarily benefited the Jews.”

*The money was apparently filtered to the Jewish leaders of the Jewish revolutionaries by Alfred Lord Milner, on behalf of the Jewish bankers. However, it is more important to know that Milner represented The Milner Group, whose front is the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), which itself was (is?) massively funded by the same Jewish bankers. And what is The Milner Group? That is the name which Professor Carrol Quigley preferred to call the Rhodes secret society formed in 1891 with a view to achieving world government. Cecil Rhodes wished for a British-style world; whereas, his Jewish bankers, who had financed his diamond-mining operations, were made executors to his Last Will and Testament, and seem to have hijacked the secret society to another end: to form a Zionist world government over a communist world of non-nations.

Further below is an extract from a 1932 book, TOWARD SOVIET AMERICA, by William Z. Foster. If you read it carefully, you will discover Communist policy — which has not changed from that day to this, and which is affecting white western nations right now:

[1] secession of "national minorities" to destroy existing nations; beside a policy of racial and cultural integration. If a nation won't racially integrate, the implication is that secession will be used to destroy it.

[2] "amalgamation" of all races into one.

[3] the final destruction of the "nations".

Now, I've heard the Freemasons are supposed to advocate this, and I've heard that Freemasons are somehow at the root of Communism. I've heard that the American Latin maxim, "E pluribus unum" (out of many, one) refers to Masonic race amalgamation; I don't know if that's true, I haven't done that research.

I've read about this as forced "outbreeding", a form of racial and cultural genocide advocated by a particular Jew for the Germans in order to destroy that race.

I've read about it as a tactic of the "Frankfurt School" to inflict racial tension and destroy nations from within.

We have also seen it documented lately in videos put online by David Duke, in which Jews such Barbara Specter spit the truth out: Jews are pushing "multiculturalism" and racial mixing (for everyone except the Jews). This would seem to leave Israel as a Zionist ethnic master state, because they have laws today against marrying non-Jews.

We are seeing "amalgamation" in action with French President, Nicholas Sarkozy -- a Jew -- ordering the natural, white-race people of France to out-breed with blacks or, quite extraordinarily, face state sanctions. They have not risen up against this man. Why? Have they been anaesthetized? Sarkozy then turns to the Arabs and addresses them, 'Don't worry, we don't expect the same of you, we won't destroy your identity'.

In fact, we saw EXACTLY the same thing with Communist Trudeau and the so-called "Liberals". Liberals claim to have instituted the "policy" of "multiculturalism". We have Communistic "amalgamation" happening now in Canada, which means eventually they will declare the Constitution gone -- which belongs to the Founding Peoples -- and complete their take-over. They will dump full-blown Communism here, because our parties are all socialist, and socialism precedes Communism and is a mask for Marxist-Leninism.

The North American Union is a Communist regional union, advocated by "former" Marxist-Leninist Gilles Duceppe, ex-leader of the Bloc. The Bloc is not "separatist"; it is Communist. Secession, racial "amalgamation" and regional union are all Communist policies.

Secession is used to break up nations in order to re-integrate them into regional and continental NON-national, NON-race-specific Communist unions.

We see this Communist "amalgamation" again in the video of Konstantin Poltoranin, the former Russian spokesman for the Russian government agency responsible for dealing with foreign migrants. Poltoranin was immediately fired for declaring that the out-breeding of the formerly white-race English, Irish, Scotch and Welsh of the United Kingdom had "not gone well". The Russian also made the additional comment of concern that the "the mixing of blood" in Russia should go well. In other words, there is "mixing" of blood going on; it is a policy; and it is being forced on the citizens of white nations. It is PLANNED WHITE GENOCIDE. By the Communists.

Moreover, because "amalgamation" is a Communist policy, and is being done RIGHT NOW in Russia, obviously, Communism did not "fall" as we have been brainwashed to think. It has merely entered a different stage of development, the stage where mostly dark foreigners are being flooded only into traditional white lands, in order to "amalgamate" the white people, their cultures and nations, out of existence.

Thus, using the Third World as a weapon, the Communists (and whoever is behind them) sweep away, and out of existence, the traditional enemies of Communism: white Western nations.

We may as well call it the "immigration bomb". Something like the neutron bomb, designed to kill people but leave buildings standing.

The next stage would have to be the imposition of actual Communism. Those who are paying attention have seen the police-state apparatus rising quietly around us. More than 800 FEMA concentration camps, staffed and waiting, have not been built south of our border in the USA for nothing. There will be a use for them.

Meanwhile, Canada is being "amalgamated" into the Soviet Communist system by ethnic white genocide through forced out-breeding, as recommended by a Jew back in the 1940s to eliminate the Germans. This explains the outrageously high levels of immigration into Canada since 1992.

By deduction, the first stage of "amalgamation" is obviously called "multiculturalism".

That stage reached a crisis point in the past 3-4 years. It was announced by all, including Sarkozy and Merkel that "multiculturalism" was "not working".

I don't think it was ever intended to "work". I think they knew it wasn't going to be an enhancement of existing peoples and nations. I think it was intended to be a disaster, so as to usher in stage two, an example of which we see in France: Sarkozy threatening white-race French people to inter-breed with blacks, or face state sanctions to "solve" the deliberately created "problem" of multiculturalism.

The way I see their tactic, once the "failure" of "multiculturalism" is announced, "amalgamation" sets in, by force, and under threat.

It will happen here in Canada, unless we stop our rogue immigration department and our rogue government. They do not work for us, they are working for the power brokers — the money-men — who are sponsoring world government.

Canadians must find sufficient pride as Canadians, meaning sufficient pride to believe we are as good as anyone else, and we have a right to exist. Because we are in a war. We are the targets, and we have yet to put up much of a struggle, let alone fight back against the lies and the anti-white racism that are intended to eliminate the Founding Canadians.

The weapons in this war are [a] non-integratable third-world immigration and [b] demoralization: if you resist your own genocide imposed by forced outbreeding and cleansing of your own population, then you are called a "racist". How did one Jew's call to outbreed the Germans decades ago, pass from his being the racist advocating "genocide", to the actual victims of that type of genocide being called "racist" for resisting?

A major consequence of "amalgamation" is not only the loss of one's race, but the loss of one's roots and culture, and of the laws that protect the original people and their culture. If the people are gone, if they are so mixed with foreigners or outnumbered on their soil that they vanish as a race and a culture, and they no longer own their roots, the Constitution founded to protect them no longer applies. The soil can then be hijacked for things like the Communist regional North American Union.

We have Communist problems in Canada; they have Communist problems in Europe. The EU is Marxist; they are trying to do it here in North American. Canada's outrageously high immigration levels -- about 80% Black and Asian — are apparently related to the Communist policy of "amalgamation". The intended outcome may well be a 2-level system of Zionist Jews ruling over non-whites in a Communist world empire.

In any event, "amalgamation" is a Communist policy. It is Communist practice in the supposedly "former" USSR, and they are using it now to Sovietize, i.e. "harmonize" the West, including Canada, with the re-emerging Soviet Union. When you read the Foster extract below, you will see what "multiculturalism" is really based on. The fact that the discussion of this Communist policy of "amalgamation" occurs in a chapter entitled "The Liberation of the Negro" must also be a hint as to what is happening now, everywhere in the West, with massive black immigration.

Such Negro organizations as the Urban League and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, dominated by the white and Negro capitalists and petty bourgeoisie, also have

this responsibility; they live by cultivating segregationalism; they sabotage every real fight for the liberation of the Negro. In the case of the framed-up nine Scottsboro Negro boys, the attorney of the N.A.A.C.P. made a purely formal defense, practically coinciding with the prosecution.

As for the American Federation of Labor, its record on the Negro question is one of shame and treachery; it falls into step with the whole capitalist policy by barring Negroes from its unions, by blocking their entry into the better-paid jobs, by refusing to fight for their burning demands, by cul­tivating the insidious white chauvinism. The measure of the policy of the A.F. of L. on the Negro question is to be seen, for example, in At­lanta, where Negroes are not even allowed to enter the local labor temple.

The Socialist party, despite all its parade of radi­calism and alleged friendship of the Negro, follows the same basic Jim-Crow line as the A.F. of L. This was clearly shown by Heywood Broun, So­cialist leader, when he said:

"If I were a candidate for high executive office, or judiciary office, I would say, even without being cornered, that I would not now sanction the efforts to enforce the 14th and 15th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States."

in the present-day struggle and as an ultimate goal. The American Soviet government, immediately it takes power, will deal a shattering blow to the whole monstrous Jim-Crowism. To destroy it ruthlessly will be one of the real joys of the vic­torious proletarian revolution. Every remnant of slavery will be abolished. In a Soviet system, the Negro will have the most complete equality — eco­nomically, politically, socially. The doors to every occupation, to every social activity, will be wide open for him. He will have ample land, confiscated from the great white landlords. He will be free to do and go as any other citizen, without let or hindrance. Attempts to maintain the capitalist white chauvinism and ostracism of the Negroes will be punished as a serious crime against society. Socialism will mean the first real freedom for the Negro. He is beginning to realize this, hence his mass turning to the Communist party for leader­ship, and the consequent deep alarm of the capitalists and big landowners at this growing unity of white and black toilers.

The status of the American Negro is that of an oppressed national minority, and only a Soviet sys­tem can solve the question of such minorities. This it does, in addition to setting up real equality in the general political and social life, by establish­ing the right of self-determination for national minorities in those parts of the country where they constitute the bulk of the population. stitution of the Soviet Union provides that, "Each united republic retains the right of free withdrawal from the Union." The Program of the Com­munist International declares for:

"The recognition of the right of all nations, irrespec­tive of race, to complete self-determination, that is, self-determination inclusive of the right to State separa­tion."

Accordingly, the right of self-determination will apply to Negroes in the American Soviet system. In the so-called Black Belt of the South, where the Negroes are in the majority, they will have the fullest right to govern themselves and also such white minorities as may live in this section. The same principle will apply to all the colonial and semi-colonial peoples now dominated by American imperialism in Cuba, the Philippines, Central and South America, etc.

And logically, foreign-born workers, now denied the right to vote and ruthlessly deported, will enjoy the fullest rights of citizenship.¹ One of the most monstrous features of the present attack upon the working class is the deportation of tens of thou­sands of foreign-born workers by Doak's Depart­ment of Labor. These masses of workers, torn away from home and families, are sent back to countries with which they have lost all touch. Doak's deportation campaign, part of the capitalist offensive, is an attempt to terrorize the

foreign-born workers, to crush every semblance of resistance among them, to split them off from the American-born workers. The wholesale deporta­tion of radical workers and leaders is an attempt to illegalize the Communist party and the TUUL.

The experience with self-determination of na­tional minorities in the Soviet Union shows that the Russians have solved this problem with the revolu­tion. The many national minorities have the right of self-determination²; they have their own lan­guages, their own culture. Yet they all live to­gether in the strongest unity under the general constitution of the U.S.S.R. Where there is no capitalist or feudal exploitation there can be no suppression of weaker nationalities.

The radical liquidation of the "insoluble" Jewish problem in the U.S.S.R. testifies to the completeness of the Bolshevik cure³. Murderous pogroms, a curse of old Russia, are now totally eradicated. The Jews enjoy absolute equality with all other nationalities. The solution of the question of suppressed nation­alities, a question which causes untold misery in the capitalist world, is one of the greatest achieve­ments of the Russian revolution.

The American Soviet will, of course, abolish all restrictions upon racial intermarriage. The argu­ments of Ku Klux Klanners and the like that Negroes are an inferior race and that "mongrel" peoples are less capable, have no justification in science and social experience. Those "scientists"

who endorse such "white supremacy" theories are only so many bought-and-paid-for upholders of the prevailing mode of exploitation. The facts are that all the big peoples of today are already hope­lessly "mongrel" and that wherever Negroes have half a chance they demonstrate their intellectual equality with the whites.

Geographic isolation of the early human stock into widely separated groups brought about its differentiation into individual races; contact between these various races, bred of modern industrialization, is just as irresistibly breaking down⁴ these racial differences and bring­ing about racial amalgamation. The revolution will only hasten this process of integration, already proceeding throughout the world with increasing tempo.
